The ticket system is the best way for you to obtain support on our
services. You can enter a ticket and then through the unique
ticket number and your login you are able to see the progress of
your issue.

Tickets are handled by priority. High
priority issues will be handled first. Examples of high

Someone is always on
duty monitoring our servers. If there should be any failure, we
know immediately due to the monitoring processes we use. Since data
is backed-up, we are prepared for even major emergencies. Brief
downtimes can be expected for server maintenance and updates,
however these activities are performed after hours when data traffic
is limited and servers are only down for a very brief time.
